The 32 Winchester Special was introduced right after the turn of the 20th century for use in lever-action rifles. Though very similar in size to the 30-30 Winchester cartridge the 32 Winchester Special is actually capable of higher velocities and energy while retaining the same size firearm.

I bought a Miroku Winchester 94 in 32 Winchester Special recently and was lucky enough to enough to find 500 new Starline cases soon afterward. I couldn't ask for better brass for this rifle. Grab it if you get a chance.

I load full up hunting rounds and lead "gallery loads" with this brass. Bunch of fun shooting ground hogs and cans off the front porch with my Winchester 94 flat band.

Product Review
This is an interesting older cartridge but one that works well in my Winchester 94. I needed new casings for this fun gun and Starline had started to offer it. I picked up a lot of them and was not disappointed. I've used Starline pistol brass for decades and figured I'd try some of their rifle brass. I neck size all new bulk brass to make it uniform tension and could feel the consistent tightness from case to case. Primer pockets were uniform and adequately tight and smooth. Reaming the inside of the flash hole and the chamfering the case mouth and these casings were ready for use. After loading them I was very pleased with the consistent groups that I got from these. I am a customer for life. Thanks Starline for so many great cartridges!
